You will be allocated your own 0207 central London telephone number. We can also provide non geographic numbers (FREE 0845 numbers).

We answer your calls in the name of your company name during office hours 8.30 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Friday and forward them to any number of your choice.

Standard procedures: calls are announced with caller’s name and company name. If you are unavailable or do not wish to take the call, we would offer your callers to leave a message on your voicemail (mobile or your own voicemail at Smithfield Business Centre). We would take a message if your callers had an urgent message or would not want to leave a message on voicemail. We also offer message taking with messages relayed by email or SMS text.

We have clients with different internal organisations, from one to many people. Our job is to understand how you work and offer the appropriate solution to your business.

We have a small team of receptionists who have been with us for several years and are 100% tuned to any call handling procedure. When your existing or prospective clients call, they will not deal with different people but will hear the same voices answering the calls.

You will be able to liaise directly with our team – indeed we recommend that you keep in touch with them as you would do with your own receptionist. If you are away for a business trip or are tied up in a meeting, let us know. If you go on holiday, we can offer a different call management solution like message taking or diverting your calls to another destination.

Meeting rooms and hot desk at Smithfield Business Centre
We have 3 meeting rooms (4, 6 and 10 people). At £12.00 per hour, irrespective of amount of people, they offer excellent value for central London. All rooms have free internet access.

If you are not meeting anyone but would like to come and do some work, we will offer you a 250 square feet office with a telephone line. Outgoing calls will be charged at standard BT rates. You will also have free internet access.

Book your meeting room or hot desk directly with your receptionist. We recommend that you arrive before your visitors do. On arrival, your visitors are greeted professionally. They will be asked to sign the Visitor’s book and will be offered a sit in the reception area, while we contact you. This will give the right impression – that you have an office in the building and not a Virtual Office!

You will be able to enjoy free beverages (tea, coffee, water) available in all our kitchenettes.

Other services:
Fax : You will be allocated an 0207 dedicated London fax number. Faxes can de diverted to your existing fax line or we can offer a fax2email service which removes the need to buy a fax machine. Faxes arrive in your email box as attachments.
Voicemail : you will get your own personalised voicemail. You can retrieve your messages from anywhere and 24/7.
