Trip to Holland - September 2003

I went to Gorinchem, (NL) in September 2003. Here are some of the photographs that I took. Gorinchem is where the old and the new share the same general space. I was lucky to have a window seat on my return flight that explains the wing, sky, clouds and mountains. The wormhole is the subway between terminals at Zurich airport. The subway trains run on inflated tyres! None of the 'steel-on-steel' sounds that one associates with subways. What can one say about windmills? Well, unique structures and power for free!
