Hockey season 2004-05

The first half of the season has been completed, and it was an interesting final round of games for the men. First, Recreio C drew 1-1 against Elite B, a team that has won only one game so far this season. Then, the B team were made to fight for a goalless draw against 4th-placed Police. Later in the day, at Lok Fu, 2nd Division leaders Recreio A (P:9 W:7 D:1 L:1) took on 2nd Division cellar-dwellers Islamic (P:7 W:1 D:2 L:4) and showed that every team has its off days. Islamic registered their second win of the season with a 5-0 thrashing of our A team, who now have two weeks to figure out what went wrong before facing Islamic again on January 2nd.
