April summary

And so another league season has come to a close, apart from the Ladies' A who have a rained-out game to complete. Although not as sweepingly successful as last year, it has still been a good season.

The Men's A team held their own in the 2nd Division, finishing in fourth place. They are also in the semi-finals of the HKHA Cup which will be played on May 2nd at Happy Valley at 14:30. This page will be updated with their latest results.

The Men's B team showed that their promotion to the 3rd Division was no fluke, ending the season in 4th place. We hope for better things to come when October rolls around.

The Men's C team had an enjoyable time, scoring in each of their league matches, whether it was a 1-1 draw against Aquila or a 10-0 thrashing of Football Club. By finishing at the top of their division, they now look forward to meeting the B team next season. The C team are also in the semi-final of the HKHA Plate competition, where they face Valley E whom they've already beaten twice this season.

The Ladies' A struggled to find form in the 1st Division, but still brought home some silverware by winning the HKHA Plate competition. Well done, ladies.

Last but not least, the Ladies' B ended their season on a high note, winning the year-end 7-a-side trophy and also finishing in second place in their division. If not for some questionable umpiring, they might have ended up on top.

Congratulations to one and all, and good luck to the men in the Plate and Cup competitions.
