Happy New Year! This is the 4th edition of the Recreio hockey section newsletter, and the first for 2004.

Well, what a year we've just had. All five Recreio teams did well at the end of last season, but are now finding life a bit more difficult after having moved up one division. Recreio C have managed quite well, losing only one of their nine first-round games.

As we mentioned before, this newsletter seeks to highlight such things as birthdays and wedding anniversaries, outstanding plays or players, goal scorers, and anything else that YOU would like to see.

My thanks to those few who have contributed. We're still waiting for team photos from the Men's C Team and the Ladies' A Team. Others have sent us their pics, and those will be included here.
