Please make sure your system meets the requirement in the Installation page. Download: RPG Maker XP RTP (Runtime Package)I discovered that it will be impossible to install the RMXP RTP package if the user does not have installation rights. So I have decided to repackage the RTP separately so that the RTP files can be installed in the same directory as the game. It can be downloaded in the same site where the game is found.
