There are particular sensors in the walls of the arteries and heart that sense BP. Baroreceptors, the name of particular sensors. The Baroreceptors sense blood claritin high pressure & later send out indications to the kidneys, the arterioles, the heart and the veins that force these organs to bring in modifications that decrease or increase Blood Pressure. Blood ejection will be more with every contraction if heart increases speed & shrinks more frequently. It eventually leads to high blood pressure because of excessive flow of blood into the arteries due to these responses.

Differently, When veins narrow, less amount of blood is reserved in the veins, maximum blood returns to The heart for pumping into the arteries, &, thus, heart pumps more and more blood & blood pressure is greater.
The arterioles could expand and narrow. When arterioles enlarge blood pressure goes down due to diminished resistance to the blood flow and when arterioles contract blood pressure shoots up because of enhanced resistance to the blood flow.
The kidney will reply to changes in BP by increasing or dropping the amount of urine that is formed. Urine is basically amount of water that is taken out from blood so that when a kidney makes additional urine amount, the amount (volume) of blood that pumps up the arteries and veins goes down, and this decreases BP.
