2 » water!!, hot (makes you warm & full), cold (burn more calories). Its best thing ever!! & you need at least 8 tall glasses a day.

3 » take your multi vitamin, there’s no excuse. 2 calories is worth it to keep you pretty.

4 » brush your teeth! look after you sexy smile. Also very important when purging (the acid from your stomach rots your teeth!) & fasting (keep your breathe fresh & actually scrub your tongue- eww!). a fresh mouth will make you feel clean & pure – you don’t want to spoil that with food!

5 » posture girls!! I know you’ve heard it before, but why are you still slouching?? I straight back burns 15% calories & makes you look thinner & more confident.

6 » always count calories before you eat them!! Better safe than sorry.

7 » every time you eat imagine the guy you like sitting across from you, you don’t want to eat like a pig! Always eat like you're in public.

8 » put pictures of fat people or your favorite triggers (whichever works best for you, maybe both) in places you usually binge so you have to look at them.

9 » sugar free gum. especially while craving or cooking- you can’t eat because your mouths already full, right?!

10 » get up super early (at least 40 minutes before your family) this way you can say you already ate breakfast & you can use the time to clean everything, pamper yourself so you look gorgeous, or better still exercise!! It’s a good habit to get into.

11 » remember, you're not missing out on anything. You're too good to put that shit in your body.

12 » save up the money you would have spent on food & reward yourself with it (buy something you want- not food!) every time you lose 5 or 10 Lbs.

13 » subscribe to a magazine (I suggest Cosmo, Vogue, Glamour, Instyle, etc) – thinspiration delivered to your door!!

14 » walk everywhere. Every bit really does count :)

15 » watch everyone else eat, they’re getting bigger- feel superior

16 » make your own inspiration book with thinspiration, reasons not to eat, fat photos etc- be creative & look at it when you think you're going to binge.

17 » be prepared with a de-binge kit.

18 » if you want to eat, go weigh yourself. maybe you won’t anymore.

19 » find a buddy online to complete with.

20 » really can’t help yourself? Have a bite - chew - & spit! don’t swallow.

21 » get a pile of magazines that weighs as much as you want to lose. Watch the pile shrink (or grow)!!

22 » become a vegetarian or a vegan- that rules out a lot of bad food.

23 » don’t ever tell people (especially your family & friends), its never a good idea. Hide it.

24 » if your right handed eat with your left hand & vice versa!- just to make it

harder. 25 » try eating in front or a mirror - naked!! you want food? Look at your thighs!

26 » find out your favorite trigger’s name, research them, find out their weight & strive for it! Also, carry a picture of them everywhere & look at it when you feel hungry.

27 » eat really s l o w, put your fork down between every bite, it takes your body twenty minutes to realize it’s full- imagine the calories you could eat in that time!

28 » don’t ever, well try not to, eat after 5 pm - you might not have time to work it off!

29 » just force yourself to exercise, stop being lazy, the hardest part is starting!! – you’ll thank yourself faster!

30 » never eat in secret or by yourself, this is the worst habit to get into!

31 » diet soda- apparently the bubbles fill you up! mineral water also has bubbles & is zero calories!

32» if you have hunger pains, just curl up in a ball & feel sorry for yourself.

33 » wear perfectly applied lip gloss- eating will smudge it!

34 » peppermint (tea) settles bloating & (gum, lollies) decreases hunger. it also tastes fresh & yummy!!

35 » if you really can’t control your appetite there’s no shame in taking diet pills to suppress it. Just try to build up your own self control too.

36» don’t stop moving just fidget & jump around, burning calories.. Kids are never fat, because they jump around all day!

37 » have a bit of energy drink - not diet – (mixed with water, if you like) before you exercise, to keep you going! Click! for more exercise tips

38 » have a glass or water every hour to avoid hunger, often we mistake thirst for hunger.

39 » sleep! at least 6 hours a day, not getting enough sleep can up your appetite making you more prone to binging (even though being awake does burn slightly more calories) & you need you beauty sleep!! + you can’t eat while your asleep either, bonus.

40» limit alcohol (if you must drink shots of straight spirits are best though), it has excessive calories!

41» try to fast often, I drops pounds (/Kgs) fast & builds great self control.

42 » drink a sip of water between every bite- it makes you feel fuller faster & incase you need to purge it later.

43 » punish yourself for binging & reward yourself when your good. This helps you pick up good habits

44» eat when you really want something (depriving yourself just ends in binging eventually) but only eat a few bites (& spit if you can)

45 » if you just want something to munch on try ice cubes (just water, Zero calories – burns calories from being cold!) or get iceypole moulds & make icey poles from your favorite diet sodas! (or water).

46» keep a food journal & write down your weight & measurements everyday to see how improve.

47» have a few tablespoons of (apple cider) Vinegar before you eat, it makes you less hungry, helps with digestion & apparently sucks fat out of your food!

48 » write yourself letters about why you want to be thin, stick them in you inspiration book & read them when you feel like eating.

49 » never sleep within 3 hours after eating, if you really have to sleep on your left side so the food goes though you faster.

50 » get ”fat photos” of you at your highest weight & compare them to your triggers! & ones of you now so you can see how fare you still have to go.

51 » never EVER stop at a fast food place, even if it's "just to get a diet coke" because once you see that delicious menu... you wont get "just a diet coke"

52 » buy 2 things you can wear (I have a red bracelet & a headband with antennas on it) wear one thing always (the red bracelet) & take it off & put on the other thing (the antennas) when your eating. Swapping every time you want to eat slows you down a bit. never

53 » stay out of the house!!! & keep really busy, to avoid boredom eating.

54 » wear a rubber band (red for ana’s of course) around your wrist, pull it every time you even think about wanting food- it hurts!

55 » if you know your going to binge, throw it away! it was either going in your body or in the rubbish- at least this way its not making you fat!

56» if you skipping meals, don’t skip breakfast or lunch, dinner is the worst one.

57» buy thin clothes you really want to fit & work at it to fit into them.

58 » plan your meals the night before, or at least in advance- be organized!.
