  2 weeks ago, TIME magazine printed a separate news update to the readers; of  the usual news of political issues between the middle-east and the Americans or the highlights of the progress from the North Korea nuclear debate. In that issue, the editors chose to give us the in sight of global warming and its impact around the world.

   And anyway I thought its time it should.

  And in that issues I'm delighted that the team from TIME had compelled lots of habits we could change to improve the condition of global warming.

  The very place we call home, the place we play, work and eventually live our life through. Now, this place in worn. Like every house we lived in, we must ultimately take some time off to clean it up.

  For those who hadn't gotten that very issue, there's always the internet. Googled it now, because it's never too late to act.

  >I've got a super-printer;
  My previous printed served me for almost 9 years before my dad was finally convinced the house needed a better one. And, I'm very satisfied with what he brought home last week from the IT show. A multi-functional 5-in-1 inkjet and its wireless! Sweet.
  Now, anyone connected in my very network get a fair share of the printer.

  >I've bought a new book, The Great Esc
ape;

Based on true event during the second world war, this book even have an Oscar winning movie to its name. It  was a great blockbuster once, like half a century ago.

  It was given a rating of 8.10 by members of IMDB and the book which I'm reading, stacks even higher over at Amazon.com - a remarkable full score.

  >I've watched 300;
  Every man-to-be should catch this movie. Its so full of masculine. And the oracle's some good shit, har har.
  On the other hand, you know how the King of Persia who is super gay said he had his army pleated from all over Asia and every time what was shown on the screen's some mutated being. It kinda put me off how they depicted Asians. Kim Jung Il's really that ugly?

  >I've got Jeremy to helped me with my upcoming project;
  Don't asked what project, period. I hope Jem really keep his promise he made to me while he's half-sober.

  >One more year to ORD.
  Need not explain. All you guys know how it feels to ORD. =)

  I wouldn't have a better start for a day if not for it.

  "It" wasn't exactly a dream. It was more like a hasty image, an impression of your
adorable potrait.

  I'm happy on this eve of Chinese New Year. Greetings to everyone! :-)

  I haven't been walking straight these days. Not literally, that is. I'm having something up my mind. It's what you called it ideation. It got me so, I thought I have been kind of like separated from veracity. No, I'm not living in delusion but I could feel that I'm restless and mum. I have been doing things but they never seem to be taken in by my cerebrum.

  Oh well, maybe I'm just lost.

  And yes about lost. I missed the entire season of Lost 2. So now I have no more reason not to get the DVDs. =) In the meantime, Heroes' the hot topic now.

  Leonardo Dicaprio was as fantastic as he was a teen star. He has since grown up and now he brings to us the masculinity in him in Blood Diamond.

  Just like Hotel Rwanda, this movie contemplates on the political front of Africa. The message that it is trying to translate to the world isn't too different. Violent, smuggling, deaths, homeless and families are the key words that Edward Zwick made this film revolves around.

  Danny Archer (Leonardo) and Soloman Vandy's (Djimon) journey in search of a hundred carat diamond that can transform their lives and millions others around the world. I'm glad I didn't miss this flick.

  It was good to meet up with kairen after so long. And this meant another summer break for him. As for me, another year is approaching its end.

  So, he wanted to come over but I suggested maybe we should talk over a cup of tea. And oh, he brought along Viva La Bam, which I really really appreciate it (thanks a lot kai!). Then, we settled down at 848's.  The rest of the night was spent nattering about the routines of 2006.

  P.S. Hey pal, take it easy. You'll soon find your way through.

  Year end skies are nice (at least that's what I thought). the monsoon season just arrived and we're expecting a lot of water exposure around us.

  The rain, though may seems to many as event spoilers or the big morale let down.

  You hate it when your shoes and the foot end of your boot-cut jeans are soaked or you're without a cover. You hate it why it should come this time. It has been something you never luxuriate in, except for the time when you were 5 enjoy playing in the water but now you're old and you can't do it anymore. You grew an overnight hatred for it.

  Well, on the underhand, I'm looking things off its attraction - sky up there with beauty; thick white mash mellow liked clouds with dark ones underneath it and sunrays shooting in all directions. When it's all over, everything's bright and refresh. I took a big breathe and let out a big sigh of relief, closed my eyes and my face produces a big grin.

  You have never learn about it, you hate it so much. Maybe its time you change.

  Its a free, or should I say priceless, act put up by mother nature, under just one simple condition. You just have to lift up your head.
Enjoy or not, its all up to you.

  Why do parents teach their kids not to talk to strangers, when the father had induct a tête-à-tête with the lady across the bar counter and taking her back home while the rest of the family is having their time at granny's. ok, maybe that's the extreme.

  I had a pleasant time with Robert last Saturday. While he may be just another foreigner to me at first, I had a lot more to talk compare to my good ol' buddy while we spent our night in this Irish pub I frequent and catching some soccer.

  I figure out that while strangers know nothing and has nothing to do with yourself, you get a lot more to talk about. Then, because he has no association or whatever in your realm of friends, the stranger, here Robert, becomes the best person you can bitch all your life misery to (I don't bitch, maybe you can try).
  And the next day, he is still a stranger whom you wouldn't meet any more. You can never be more honest to the guy you never knew and will never know.

  I was hooked into an amazing movie yesterday. One excellent flick since a long time. 9, that's how much I had rated it on IMDB. I love the way the movie started, the intriguing controversy and it ended the same way it started. Classic approach, obviously improved so much. Almost-all-star cast, bringing all-star act, there you have it - "The Prestige".

  I didn't bother much, for the first time, about what has been posted over in the forum of IMDB's. Screening through for clues to how I could piece the entire movie into precision

  As much as the show is about magic, the storyline itself is likewise a prophecy. You know how how much anticipation you have over solving a mystery, a magic. Then the "Ah-har!" comes along inevitably after you solved it. Same goes for the movie, those that are kind of knotty. Same goes for me; "Ah-har!" came just in time before a late night sleep.

  "The Prestige"; this is the part with the twists and turns, where lives hang in the balance, and you see something shocking you've never seen before - Cutter; The Prestige

  I don't know when's the last time I could run a mile without compelling my lungs for breath. I can't remember since when I started to sweat quarter a litre(illiteral) more. Then, there's the time I started to avoid oily food.

  I've changed quite some bit. My alternatives, my motility. I'll never thought to be like this. Then again, my age shows the matter-of-facts.

  There's something about growing old. Its kind of an intangible revolution and it gets pretty annoying. No one grows old knowing that they are getting older. They conform to it.

  Nevertheless, I still can party.

  Happy belated birthday, Jun Won.

  Happy  21st, Jin Cong.

  I was on the lookout for a divider and I settled with that (shift sight 7cm below this sentence.). I have grown to the likes of contemporary vintage, so explains the flip clock.

  It was always feel great to book out, like today, like almost all Friday.

  Earlier on, this week,  the battalion was treated to a prepense "Deepa-Raya" fête.   And , like hell, it had been flighty; great food, great beer, great nasty burps, and recurring thrills. It presented everyone a occasion to miss the usual cookhouse dinner. No one ever likes it, thus the party had performed a much more concise obligation. You could almost feel the intense charge for food even before the announcer's "please help yourself".  Well, at the end of the night, the party was a crowd pleaser and I had my fair share of feast and fun too.

  So much of the first night of the week, today we crossed over to Bishan park, partake in a 5 km run, before the games commence. It was a simple game of captain's ball. But it ended up a bloody brawl and all you could see are sweats on body in-prints or better known as tattoo. Nevertheless it hadn't bother me much, since people like me, the usual cynical was caught laughing throughout. Har, har (dumb moth*****kers).

  By 6, I was homed.

  So, Melvin finished up his latest project, with several other partners. And kudos to them, this mid week, they presented lanasconfession to the cyber (and) whores.

   It's been a year I last touched html, and it has been 7 months since I enlisted as a recruit (in the army). There used to be a time I'm able to mug my computer everyday, pacing with the latest entertainment news, gadgets and being able to admit indie to pop artists.

  Any how, now that I'm with the army, my lifestyle has pretty much changed. Its been much simpler now the fact that I just take commands (damn those commanders), and my leisure have been curtail to chinese chess and reading. But still, when the time is there, I'll still succumb to DVDs, the heaven's gift. I like to call them my precious.

  Then, there's the people you meet in the army. Here, you don't talk about just tom, dick and harry. you talk about understanding tom, dick and harry. its different. For a moment, I thought I've made my way to the best live circus... Nevertheless, at this juncture, you'll chance on friends you'll someday get together with them and celebrate a decade of comradeship.

  I missed those days, those horse and buggy days one year ago.
